Process
The UX case study process commenced with a thorough understanding of user problems, emphasizing the challenges faced in finding temples and accessing temple-related information. This was followed by extensive user research, resulting in the creation of detailed user personas like Rahul, Meena, and Siddharth to comprehend their unique needs and goals in temple exploration. Initial low-fidelity wireframes were then crafted, which were subjected to usability testing, generating vital insights used to enhance both design and functionality. These insights informed the development of high-fidelity wireframes, integrating aesthetics and interactivity to create a user-friendly temple exploration experience.
User Research
User research yielded three distinct personas: Rahul Kapoor, a tech-savvy traveler seeking convenient temple discovery; Meena Patel, a teacher with a passion for cultural exploration; and Siddharth Sharma, a business owner planning elaborate temple pilgrimages. These personas highlight varied needs and motivations, emphasizing the importance of user-centered design in catering to a diverse user base.
